Card Factory
Full store re-fit striping out existing services and installing new 415v mains distribution to the store and back of house areas. Power and cat5e data cabling were installed to the counter for tills and to the card manager system which allows credit card payments.
Display lighting in retail stores is essential to show off the product this was achieved by the installation of low brightness modular fittings with metal halide floods and spot light used the emphasise the card racks and display walls.
Emergency lighting and a fire alarm installation occurs often in order for the store to meet current regulations.
Asda
Offices, corridors, reception and gym refurbishments, required installation of new 3 compartment skirting trunking to all refurbished offices, in order to house new small power distribution and data cabling.
The lighting was also upgraded to recessed 1200x600 T5 modular fittings switching controlled via PIR units, this form of fitting and switching increases the energy efficiency of the building and thus in turn reduces carbon emissions.
Caffe Nero
This project consisted of a full store fit out; the works included the installation of a new fire alarm system which was interlinked to air conditioning, heating and ventilation services of the building in order to shut these down to stop the spread of fire when fire alarm is operating in fire conditions.
A disabled toilet alarm to meet part M of the building regulations was installed for public use. The emergency lighting was also designed and installed to meet BS5266/1:2005, display lighting was a key factor in creating the ambiance of the shop, therefore we worked together with ourselves and the client in order to optimise the effects of the lighting and influence which lighting was used.
West Yorkshire Fire Service
Refurbishment works to workshop and office areas and the creation of new locker room. This job required a mixture of installation of new circuits and new mains distribution to canteen and locker room areas, and the upgrading of lighting and power installation.
Lloyds Pharmacy
Nationwide installations of power, data installation and lighting to newly formed consultation rooms which have lead us to travel as far as Ireland, Scotland and Isle of Man.
We also carry out the completion of minor works to dispensary, shop front and back of house areas; again this is carried out on a nationwide basis.
